  • Refinement and modernisation of an existing capacitor power adaptor for excimer laser

1998

  • Construction of a planar coupling for plasma-excitation using microwaves
  • Reconstruction of a laser supply unit with integrated interface card
  • Manufacture of a high-frequency sender for particle measurement

1999
  • Relocation to Hohenbrunn (Extended the production area by 400m²)
  • Developments:
  • Medium-frequency generator for capacitive excitation of a CO2 laser for high power densities with integrated pulse control and linear control
  • Miniaturisation of a high-frequency sender for acousto-optical modulators for processing the laser material
  • Microprocessor control for industrial laser application

2000
  • Development and construction a supply-control unit for a thyratron heater with electronic control and degradation tracking
  • Redevelopment of a high-voltage capacitor charger with integrated interface for monitoring and controlling the laser power

2004
